Executive Coaching

Faced with the challenges in careers, managing ours and others work expectations and relationships with our peers, senior leaders and managers, people who we manage, the demands of everyday performance in our roles is increasing. You often find yourself stretched to the limit of tolerance and resourceful behaviours.

Perhaps you are in the process of a career change or considering a new job.

Or you may be someone who has just changed jobs, or are returning to work after a sabbatical and everything around you is unfamiliar, you are unsure where to start and doubts about the change and fitting into the new role have started to occupy your mind.

At the core of resourceful behaviour is personal resilience – the ability to bounce back, to tap into your strengths and adaptability and to ‘Survive The Storm’. Just waiting for the storm to pass by itself can take longer than you think & sometimes it never totally disappears.

Executive coaching provide a secure and exploratory environment to look at new perspectives, see things differently and feel less overwhelmed and stuck. It is the confidential, non-judgemental space between a coach and a client where the clients can feel their way through their challenges. As our coaches are leadership coaches, they will work with drawing out your strengths and your passion to help you create the change you want to see. As coaching is a forward-focussed intervention, they will challenge you forward with your renewed sense of self-assurance in taking the first step towards change.

If you are unsure if coaching is right for you but you have a challenge, don’t worry. Once you contact us, our coaches will have an informal chat with you to see if coaching is right for you.

As part of safeguarding, if during the course of the coaching sessions, our coach sees that another intervention, like therapy, would be better suited to your needs, they will discuss it with you in confidence at the time.

If you are an organisation who would like to commission executive coaching for your leadership, employees or boards, please contact us for a chat. As part of our ethical responsibilities, we can only disclose the client’s level of engagement and number of sessions attended as a contractual arrangement. Any other disclosure is restricted by our coach-client ethical rules around confidentiality.

Our coaches run their coaching sessions online/virtually through Zoom/MS Teams or face-to-face (depends on geography). Coaching sessions usually run for 1 to 1.5 hours. Individual sessions are separated by at least 3 weeks.
