We track and follow trends and thought leaders and experts in these areas worldwide and contribute our positions and direction to forums, congresses and online groups. Our coach leaders are speakers at specific events and we run webinars on specific topics related to these challenging areas to offer resources for organisations to tackle these with confidence.

Our coaches are on the Faculty of Leadership and Management organisations and run Train-the-trainer programmes to build sustianability into organisational practices for people leaders and managers.

All of out ACT programmes have been developed from our previous work assignments.
