John is an Executive Coach and Leadership Team Alchemist with extensive experience supporting senior leaders, executive teams and boards operating in complex environments. His work focuses on helping organisations move beyond traditional leadership development towards stronger leadership team performance, alignment and organisational impact.
With consulting and Board level commercial experience across organisations including Pfizer, 3M Healthcare and Oxford Immunotec, John brings a strong understanding of the strategic, cultural and leadership challenges facing
organisations undergoing change and transformation. He works internationally across the USA, Europe and the Middle East.

He brings a distinctive blend of engineering, commercial leadership and systemic coaching expertise, with experience spanning manufacturing, multinational
business and leadership roles at Honeywell across technical, operational and international business development functions. Having lived and worked in both India and the UK, he brings strong insight into cross-cultural leadership, communication and organisational complexity.
He specialises in executive coaching, leadership team development and organisational change, integrating diagnostics including Hogan Assessments, DiSC, Motivational Maps, MetaTeam and 360 feedback to generate insight, align teams
and drive sustainable behavioural change. His approach combines challenge, curiosity and psychological safety to help leaders surface hidden barriers, navigate complexity and strengthen collaboration and performance.
Vikram holds an MBA, postgraduate science qualifications and accreditation in Organisational Leadership in DE&I. He is an Accredited Executive Coach through The Coaching Academy, London, and combines systems thinking with data-driven diagnostics to help organisations unlock leadership capability, alignment and long- term performance.
