1. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.  

2. Review and Investigation  

We will review the details of the complaint and gather relevant information where appropriate.

3. Response 

We aim to provide a full response within 15 working days of acknowledgement.  

4. Resolution  

Where appropriate, resolutions may include clarification, review meetings or agreed improvement actions.
