John Aspden

An Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with strong significant experience in coaching and facilitation in organisations at mid to senior and Board levels. His approach is collaborative, yet incisive in questioning style, using the right amount of challenge to help engagement with new perspectives.  Working along psychological frameworks like Cognitive-Behavioural, Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence models and evidence-based coaching approaches around personality-based Psychometrics, he builds a safe space of trust to explore and gain insight into innovative thinking, developing flexibility, adaptability and independence to lead themselves and others.

He has also been a board director in a medical technology company and has senior consultancy experience in marketing and business development for blue-chip biotechnology and medical technology companies, such as Pfizer, 3M Healthcare, Oxford Immunotec and BITE CIC. Having worked with private-sector professionals and public sector organisations at senior, executive and board levels, he has a deep understanding of the leadership and management challenges and expectations. He has worked across the USA, Europe and the Middle East.

Finally he is a Certified Coach using Hogan Assessments, DISC, FMLM 360 Feedback and Harthill Leadership Assessments.

Vikram Millns

A Leadership Development Facilitator, Corporate and Executive Coach & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Consultant with significant experience in strategic business consulting. Vikram co-designs programmes and facilitates learning interventions in teams and leaders at mid to senior and board levels. Using a coaching approach, he works to surface unhelpful belief systems and anxiety which drives stuckness, conflict and stress which strains engagement and relationships. He helps people to identify their motivation and strengths and create sustainable change to become high performing leaders and teams.

Working with leaders and teams across large organisations and SMEs, his people-first approach helps to align strategic and operational objectives for organisations undergoing change, integration and improving team performance. He helps organisations understand their learning and leadership behaviour gaps and helps co-design programmes to improve culture and relationships. Through interventions and tools, he creates the psychological safe space needed for open discussion around different perspectives, the positive impact of changing unhelpful beliefs and establishing new ways of future working.

Vikram has a corporate background having worked at all organisational levels from technical to international business development, commercial roles in multinational and SMEs, and brings a lived experience of corporate working in India and the UK. He has a keen sense of the challenges in cross-cultural working, communication and developing high performing teams.

With his experience as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for a large global B Corp sustainability consultancy, Vikram understands the challenges and pressures faced by leaders around employee recruitment, retention and innovative thinking. He has a MBA, Masters degrees in science and Certified in Organisational leadership in DE&I.  He is currently completing a Corporate and Executive coaching diploma with The Coaching Academy, London. He is a qualified practitioner for DISC psychometric and Motivational Maps.
